MCM is an Owner’s Representative, commercial construction project management firm. We provide expertise in design development and construction management of multi-family, mixed-use projects, office buildings, hotels and tenant fit-outs.

Our depth of experience enables us to offer expertise on a variety of projects, from restaurants to complex multi-use, phased master plans.

We believe that an owner’s representative should be well versed in all aspects of the project, including contracting, design concept, reading construction documents, coordinating utilities and FF&E. It is our mission to help the Owner with all parts of the project, not just the budget and schedule.
